Installation piece i did for my final major project on my Pre-Degree Art & Design course.
Inspired by the Victorian fascination of collecting, studying and presercing, i based this brief on the feeling of curiosity, childhood memories of exploring and discovering.
The jars are quirky imitations of fantastical preserved specimens! 
Made From: recycled fabrics - old, new, natural, synthetic. Recycled glass jars. Found objects - charity shops, ebay. Family nic nacs. Vintage photographs. Hand made wallpaper.
